Cheap K mount body?

Pretty much the title. My Ricoh KR-10 super died and I need a replacement body so I can use my 2 K mount lenses.
Budget of around £30, currently looking at a Pentax P30 and wondering if that's a good choice, or whether a better one is available at this price point.

Program Plus or Super Program are my pick, I like the one I got for a steal on ebay.
The super program gives you an illuminated finder, and 1/2000th top speed, over 1/1000 in the program plus. otherwise theyre basically the same thing
Cheap high protein yoghurts in the U.K.?

The Greek yoghurt I have been eating so far are a little high in sugars and the price is staring to add up. So I'm looking for a cheap Greek yoghurt or high protein yoghurt in the U.K., the shops I have near are Aldi, Sainsbury's and Tesco.

Top Comment: Go to Aldi. They have Skyr 'style' yogurts for much cheaper than the real branded Skyr. They are like 50p a pot and maybe 12-14g of protein. You can also buy big tubs from costco in the UK for cheap too. Tesco do their own high protein yogurt too for about 70p if you look near skyr/arla stuff.
I can overclock a 12700 non k with a cheap b660

Hi everyone.
I recently upgraded my pc to a 12700 non k and a b660 and as I didn't want to spend the extra to gain slight performace, yet I have all the settings avalible to me to overclock, clock speed and voltages, everything. I'm really amazed by this hahahahaha
It's a MSI b660 tomahawk wifi ddr4 Motherboard.
Second image is when I picked 46 for P cores and 35 for E cores.
I'm currently using the box cooler as I'm waiting for a backplate for my waterblock.

Hope it's ok to post this here, but my favorite k-cups (dark, full-bodied, not bitter) are the SF Bay dark roast. Costco usually sells a box of 100 for just $30, but they are on sale for just $24/100 thru mid-june. Amazing deal for great coffee.
One note: These are not plastic cups, just a plastic lid with a filter bag attached and a lot of grounds inside. So they're packed in plastic bags of 10 to keep them fresh. And the cute k-cup pod racks won't work with these.
Top Comment: I recently just picked up a reusable k cup. I like how much cheaper it is and it's better for the environment, of course!
